Looking for a good Help desk software

I am searching for new help desk software and require some suggestions. We are using our current Help desk software which is Numara Track-It and now we are looking for the renewal for this so we thought of getting some other alternative software. We were getting constant issues with the Track-It and we dint find it working 100% for over the year in spite of number of updates and the rebuilds. We require software that is similar to it but not so lackey. It should have the following:
- Work Order creation and tracking
- Inventory/Asset Tracking
- Reporting Capabilities
- Purchasing module for creating POS
- Around the same price range as Track-It
I would be really very thankful for all your responses.

We were in a test of using the Web Help Desk Software, and are thinking to run it in our company. The price of the software is also half of the price as of Track-It. till now we didn’t find any such features that are missing. We had got our 7-8 technicians for opting us for this software. The Help Desk software has the following features:

And many more features.
As of now, we have not faced any problems using this. But, has anyone used this software so that they can suggest that we are using the software that is going to be comfort?
