I think this is occurring due to the improper installation of the office version which you are using in the system. It can be sort by sort out by removing the office and reinstalling it again to the system. Also check it may be occurring in many cases due to using of 32bit outlook on 64 bit operating system. Check this it may be help you to sort out the problem. Try to update the version which you are using on the operating system. I think this may help you to get the desired solution.

This is a problem related to the software which you have installed in the system. I think it can be sort out by using some updated software's which you are using in the system. This may be due to some other applications you may be using rather than outlook 2010 i.e. outlook connector. If you are using outlook connector I would like to suggest you to uninstall this and then use the 64 bit outlook connector for the system. I think this may help you to sort out the error.

This type of problems or error's mainly occurs due to unregistered files. This may be happen due to some registry corruption issue. These problem can be isolated by following some steps which are described below:

Go to start.
Now click on the run option.
In the tab type 'regsvr32 inetcomm.dll' and the restart the system.
After this start the outlook and see if the problem is sorted or not.
