Career mode not working on Rugby Challenge Game

Career mode not working on Rugby Challenge Game
Just bored with it very quickly. I know that it is deeper in the career mode is, but I've seen posts of people who actually enjoy it a lot. I wondered how people get into it? How do you manage a particular club or national team? Or just one? How are transfers? Based on that, so yeah, any advice on how to make it more fun?

I have started a new campaign mode countless times now, won Rabo Pro 12 with Newport Dragons and Orange Pro 14 with Toulon, have not advanced beyond the quarterfinals of the cup Henikken, I started a Super 15 Melbourne with rebels and Aviva Premiership campaign with the Saracens. I just finished a year with any of them until it sank in the monotony, if there is a way to make the campaign more exciting as I'd love to hear any suggestions.

The transfer station has to be something to look forward, at this point is almost as exciting as porridge for breakfast, I waited in the market Pro Evolution Soccer is why I run in my tenth season, and hope that everything did the first time. A fascinating transfer market is the key.

Yes, they actually have to be removed, they have...? I think the lack of money makes you feel kind of sense. Would also be nice if the team size fluctuated, I started picking up only 30 players when I do a world cup. That makes it a little more interesting, but it's still a bit boring. I have only my second World Cup, but nobody has been forced to retreat yet ... Brad Thorn has 40 years and remains one of the best locks in the game.
