Getting black screen while playing Nuclear Dawn Game
Nuclear Dawn already downloaded and it works well until you get involved in a server. I see the menu, you can adjust the settings for video / control, but when I try to click on a server, just gives me a black screen and I can not hear the repetitive sounds. In addition, the mouse is shown too, but I can not see it. I'm sure I can run, and I have all video settings at least one level below the optimal recommended for my system. Please help. And also, when adjusting the settings and exit the game, entered the game back to try again, but seeing the new configuration has changed at all tall.

Make sure your graphics drivers and DirectX are up to date. Even I have faced the issue and after that updated everything and I have solved mine issue.

Also try running the game in windowed mode. Right-click the name of the game in the library list, select Properties, click on "Set launch options" and set "window" in which (without quotes) launch. If this fails, the graphics "card" is definitely the problem. The only thing I can think of is to enter the main menu, select Options> Keyboard> Advanced> enable developer console. Then press the button under Esc (or `~) and in the box at the bottom, type:

press enter, then type:

gpu_mem_level 0
press enter.
This is the best shot you have at getting it to work.
