how to fix Conflict between FIFA12 Demo Installer and FIFA 11
Hello guys I am a core lover of FIFA 11 and now as we all know that FIFA 12 demo released so I heard that we have to uninstall the FIFA 11 to run this FIFA 12 demo. Is it true? Actually I don’t want to uninstall my FIFA 11 game from my system. So is there any technique to perform this. Is it possible than I can play both of this game on my system. Please share your ideas and suggestions with me. All replies are appreciated.

Hello thank you for starting this thread even I am having this same query. I try to find about this on many other site but I did not found any useful information about this. So if anyone knows any steps to perform this then please share it with both of us. And even I know that many other people are looking for the same information. Rely as soon as possible guys.

I am having solution for this but don’t know if it’s helpful for you guys or not but still try the following steps. Initially you have to open one notepad file and name it as a demofix.reg or any other name with the .reg extension. After that copy the following text in this file

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\1DC6AEF331AE7EC47AE47AA4A4A0B7C5]
Once you done with it then after that save this file with this same .reg extension. And after that you have to run this .reg file. After doing this you can run this FIFA12 demo's Autorun.exe file and after that install the FIFA 12 demo. And even FIFA 11 also you can run easily with the desktop shortcut. Please try this and see if it’s helpful for you guys or not. I am sure this will help you to solve this issue. Best of luck guys.

Hello thank you for this information but still you did not mentioned where I should copy this file, In FIFA 11 folder or within the FIFA 12 demo folder. The file I am having is extended as .reg however actually it is a .txt notepad straightforward. at the moment tell me please, help me at the moment for the reason that this is significant I require fifa 11 installed on top of my pc and I can't, what's the subsequently step?? Are you sure is it working because I don’t want to waste my time behind some stupid things. So please provide appropriate information.

Hey thank you for your information its working for me. And if it’s not working for you then for your information you have to put this file at any location on your system. You only have to run this file and then you will get the message that registry key has been changed successfully. This much only you have to do.

While searching about this I come to this thread and I try all this steps but still it’s not working for me. After so much effort I am able to install this FIFA 12 in my system. But at the moment it’s not working for me. I am not able to play this game. When I click on a play at that moment it goes black and nothing after that. So you have any idea about it.

I am happy that at the moment this information is helpful for you guys and as per your query if you are getting the black screen after clicking on play then I will suggest you have to attempt to execute it through the gamepads unplugged. In addition, ensure the fifaconfig configuration. I am sure after that this will surely work for you.

Yup it’s working for me. Thank you for this information. And now I can enjoy the both game FIAFA 11 and FIFA 12. In between if I get any other difficulty then I will post back here. Thank you once again.
