Thrones: Genesis game execution process.
hello,
I purchased Game Of Thrones from Steam.
When I execute the game then appears black screen & stops.
The agot000.log file shows this point as being the point of failure
I have updated graphics drivers, sound drivers, graphics drivers, processor driver, disabled Cinematics & set screen to 1024x768 windowed, but it still hangs ..
System :
*XP SP2 [fully patched]
*HD 6770 Radeon [latest drivers 08-11] 1280x1024 native @ 60Hz
*HD Audio Realtek [latest drivers]
*AMD Atholon Phenom x6
*4Gb RAM [3½ available for XP]
*Any idea about that, Thanks in advance.

: hello, just open your A Game of Thrones folder (located in your Steam folder-> (in SteamApps folder -> common folder)).
Right mouse click AGOT.EXE file-> click Properties-> Click Compatibility tab.-> Check 'Disable the Desktop composition'-> Run this program as an administrator'-> Click OK button and run the game.

there are some setting which is not exist in XP.
if you have xp then you have somechoice like;
In XP you have five choices :
1. Run in Compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows
2. Restrict to 256 colours
3. Run at 640 x 480
4. Disable Visual Themes
5. Turn off advanced text services
all of this point use only in xp..
