Dedicated Servers for The Haunted: Hells Reach
I don’t know that when that is going to be up. I have gone through some of the other forums where they have mentioned that it is going to be soon but not the exact date. Other than this, I want to ask that how can I start my own dedicated server. I heard that we will require having the dedicated server tool for that. Please help me with this.

I would like to tell you that there are some backend problems that are getting fixed and that is the reason that you are getting this problem. As it get fixed then you will not get that issue. I hope that this will be solved soon.

To begin with we need to have a configuration file which sets the server options. In the game's official site is an extensive listing of these options and variables. I have called the config.cfg file and have saved in the same folder of the game, along the binary server. We can run the server from a terminal open for we go where we have the game installed or unzipped. Now open the terminal, you can run the game, go to LAN and see your running server and connect to it. For people from the Internet can connect you need to have port 8303 open on your router / firewall. To close the server, just press CONTROL + C in the terminal and run the server end.

I was also searching for the same and I found the above method quite good, it works and you have the terminal open for this. But it is also possible to run a script that will manage a session with the program screen, so you can close the terminal or run the server when the computer starts that is totally dedicated.

Dedicated Game servers are servers that run on a PC 24 is connected to the grid. These game servers are started once and then run continuously, so you can log in as a player at any time. They have a fixed IP that will not change and is always available as long as the server runs.
