Display.ini - SkipIntroVideo = true does not work on Saint Row The Third
I tried the method of editing display.ini file in notepad and setting the value of SkipIntroVideo = true to stop motion blur. I had found this on steampowered forums that this method will let me to disable motion blur and this one is really annoying.

The method you did is not for disabling motion blur it looks some kind of settings to stop the intro video. I do not think this will really work for motion blur thing.

You just need to change the right value to disable motion blur. Same in desktop.inlook for motionblur. You just need to change the value to true or false as per your needed. I don't know this works or not, but surely it is helpful. You can edit the desktop.ini file in notepad and press ctrl + f to find the motionblur settings. Right now I am waiting for some ready to use settings which I can download and copy paste directly in the settings folder.
