How iRiver WAVE-HOME is?
Hi, I am interested in some gadgets that are been launched recently. I am talking about the products released in CES 2010. I have seen the pictures of iRiver WAVE-HOME which looks pretty good but i just want to know as many things as possible about it. Can anybody tell me how iRiver WAVE-HOME is?

Recently iRiver has launched its new product with the multi functionality that is Wave Home. Here are the different roles played by the iRiver's WAVE-HOME.
1. connects to your broadband router.
2. VOIP-phone.
3. Digital photo frame.
4. Video/Music player.
5. Play Flash-based games.
6. Send/Receive SMS and MMS texts.
7. Built-in FM radio.

iRiver Wave Home : Home networking device.
iRiver Wave Home is an amazing product by the iRiver as it gives you many feature to do just in small and sweet gadget. It is a home networking device with the advanced multimedia, web and phone capabilities. It has one base station and one handset with a minimalist design for a very interesting aesthetic. Base station contains the 7" color screen.

About iRiver Wave Home.
iRiver's Wave Home has two part of its body, One is the base station and another is handset to control from the distance. The base station includes a 7" (
800 x 480 pixel) TFT touchscreen. As Voip service needs camera and speakers, this gadget has provided the 1.3-megapixel webcam and 2.5W stereo speakers. Base station of iRiver Wave Home has SD card slot and also acts as a USB2 host. The handset looks like a conventional candy bar home phone.

iRiver WAVE-HOME price.
Since iRiver WAVE-HOME have launched currently in CES 2010. iRiver have not yet released its price in the market. Still it would be costing around and above $200. I think this gadget from the iRiver would be the perfect gadget for the literate women who does not get time to sit in front of desktop. Now they can access internet, VOIP, calls, music etc right from their kitchen or whatever they are busy in.
