Internet Explorer won't open new window

Internet Explorer won't open new window
Hi,

I had the same trouble with IE 6 on XP. When I click on any link which opens a new window, the new window opens but remains blank. IE won't open anything in a new window. Do I need to uninstall IE or is there anything else I can do?

It sounds like you have a malware problem. Do you have any of Anti Spyware Software? If it does then I advise you to run in safe mode to do this press F8 at boot. After running anti-spyware software. Restart your computer and try to open the links below. If still not working please reply to this and we will move the item to the malware forum where we have experts to help remove malware.

To resolve this problem in Internet Explorer 6, follow these steps:
1. Close all programs running.
2. Click Start and then click Run.
3. Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.
4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded", click OK.

Why don't u try another browser. Check out the Firefox!! Downloaded it and it works much better than IE. Remove Internet Explorer from your pc and use the Firefox. I think you'll like the layout and ease-of-use!
